Mithgar

There are currently seven books in the series.

The Mithgar series was originally written as a sequel to the Lord of the Rings and Doubleday books showed an interest in it but the Tolkien estate turned it down so Doubleday asked Mckiernan to rewrite it as a stand alone story.
